For trading there will be used a third party AMM liquidity like UniswapV2/V3.Index trading will appear as the analogue of classic stock market index (Dow Jones, NASDAQ, S&P 500, etc.) released on ERC20 token. Defi Runners will create a group of indexes according to cryptocurrency type making a system of oracles to price providers.
