Vanilla DAO is a Blockchain-governed investment fund that serves to invest in DeFi and NFT intermediaries.      Vanilla investment DAO empowers its members to determine when and where funds will be invested. This might be DeFi investment, NFTs, or any other asset the DAO deems worthy of investment.      The holder of $VNLA has complete discretion over where, how much, and for how long assets are allocated to projects. The objective of the DAO is to reward traders who create a profitable investment thesis that creates additional revenue for the DAO. Through spot buying and staking, the DAO executes trades through a treasury that is free of leverage and liquidation. That results in full ownership and control. Holders are responsible for governing the Vanilla Treasury, which includes modifying asset allocation policies, selecting new investments and staking opportunities, and improving governance.     5% of Realized PNL is allocated as a bonus to the proposal author, while the remaining 95% is reinvested in the Treasury.
