Punk Domains

Punk Domains is a web3 domain protocol. It is an alternative to ENS – but not a fork (it has its own codebase, open-sourced on GitHub.)

The Punk Domains protocol can issue an unlimited amount of domain extensions (e.g. .klima, .smol, .wagmi, etc.). The architecture is very modular and allows for various business models, such as one-time domain purchases and renewable domains.

The purpose of the protocol is to empower DAOs and other web3 communities by enabling them to easily launch their own domain extensions. This is what differentiates Punk Domains from other web3 domain protocols.

DAOs and communities that have launched their domains via Punk Domains so far are: KlimaDAO, Smol Brains NFT community, Layer2DAO, Wild Bunch NFT community, HUWA DAO, Lufroloc Dishes NFT community, Basin DAO, etc.
