You can create any webpage like you would with a normal hosting service, code your pages in HTML and CSS and mint them on the polygon blockchain. 

You can also link pages together using href links that contain the details of your contract and webpage. With the decentralized Bubble Domains you can link your page to it, allowing people to easily find your pages with the domains of your choosing.
