HyperMe

HyperMe is the first cross-chain messaging app built on Hyperlane, designed to send cross-chain messages and bridge NFTs between different blockchains. It enables seamless communication and asset transfer across multiple networks without the need for intermediaries.

Currently, HyperMe supports several major blockchain networks, including Base, Optimism, Arbitrum, Scroll, Celo, Avalanche, Gnosis, Manta Network, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon ZKEVM and Polygon with plans to expand to more chains in the future.
