Why Fishing Frenzy?

Every crypto gamer’s dream is to play in a massive RPG and be a part of a thriving on-chain economy.

This is why Runescape, WoW, and Diablo Auction House are the most common examples used by people to explain blockchain games to their ‘normie’ friends.

However, the reality is also web3 gamers have limited time. We do not have time to grind 10 hours a day to stay competitive in a MMORPG.

The development cycles of such a big project is also unrealistic and does not match the rapidly changing landscape that is crypto gaming.

This is where Fishing Frenzy comes in – our mission is to build a cozy deconstructed RPG with thriving player-driven economy

In other words – the economy of Runescape with the cozy gameplay of Stardew Valley.
