BetterBank

BetterBank is an on-chain DeFi protocol launching July 1st, designed to reinvent digital finance through transparency, fairness, and high-yield systems. It features a dual-token structure, automated safety mechanisms, and strategic incentives for both lenders and borrowers.

The platform is split into two zones: The Stronghold and The Wildlands.

The Stronghold is a lending/borrowing hub offering up to 72% APY using Aave V3 infrastructure. Depositors earn Esteem, BetterBank’s share token, which represents ownership and is key to accessing other protocol features.

The Wildlands allows users to borrow by staking LP tokens of Favor, a credit token paired with assets like ETH and USDT. Favor is designed to be sticky—buying it yields a 150% Esteem bonus, while selling incurs a 50% tax. Borrowing risk is managed via automated liquidation at 85% LTV, with 50% collateral seized and 10% routed to the treasury.

Esteem, with its elastic supply, can be minted, earned, staked, or burned to receive Favor. Esteem also unlocks Favor Grove emissions post-launch.

BetterBank introduces a built-in defense against bank runs and avoids zero-sum tokenomics. Later entrants are protected by reward structures that discourage dumping and encourage long-term participation. Its treasury, funded by interest, minting, taxes, and liquidations, is managed via multisig and deployed for protocol growth and stability.

No KYC is required; all interactions are on-chain and self-governed. BetterBank’s presale includes tiered pricing and bonuses for early participants, culminating in a launch event with high emissions and deep liquidity.
