autoHODL

💡Overview
autoHODL is a passive savings and investment app that helps Web3 users grow wealth automatically. Inspired by traditional tools like Acorns, autoHODL brings “spare change” investing on-chain, letting users build savings every time they spend.

⚙️How It Works

autoHODL monitors on-chain payments and rounds each transaction up to the nearest whole unit. The difference is automatically deposited into Aave, where it immediately begins earning yield.

Example: Spend 7.38 USDC on-chain and autoHODL sends the remaining 0.62 USDC to Aave to earn interest.

autoHODL works with any wallet used for everyday on-chain payments. Funds remain secured within established DeFi protocols, compounding passively in the background.

On-chain Round-ups
Automatic calculation and execution of deposits. 

Spendable Yield Tokens (SYTs)
A novel wrapper for yield-bearing assets such as aUSDC. Unlike standard aTokens, SYTs (e.g. sUSDC) remain spendable at a 1:1 value with the underlying stablecoin. When transferred, the yield position is unwound so the recipient receives liquid tokens, while accrued yield remains with the sender until transfer.

Smart Account Integration
Built using token allowances today, with a path toward ERC-7715 permissions, enabling secure, trustless, set-and-forget automation.
