Bunny Lotto is a 100% autonomous NFT-based system built on Hedera, designed to operate without relying on a founder or any centralized operator.

The project focuses on trust-minimized design, where users do not need to trust people — only verifiable smart contracts and automated logic. Once an NFT is acquired through SentX, it is automatically enrolled into an active round with no manual steps required.

All core functions, including participation, round progression, outcome resolution, and reward distribution, are handled by smart contracts and automation. 

The system does not require active management or human intervention to continue operating.

While the creator may monitor system health, the protocol itself is designed to run independently and sustainably. The architecture is also extensible, allowing future NFT integrations with built-in utility, automated interactions, and additional mechanics beyond simple ownership or trading.

Bunny Lotto serves as an example of how fully autonomous, founder-independent systems can function in practice on Hedera.
