There is no formal team, company or Foundation. Morpheus is fully decentralized and community driven. 

There are no “pre-sale” or “investor” token vests. Instead, community members have staked Lido Staked Eth (stETH) into the Morpheus contract and can claim a relative percentage of native token emissions.
