Property Mogul is not just another Miner Dapp a.k.a Baked Beans fork. This Dapp first of all allows users to invest their MATIC by buying Properties in 3 Continents. These properties will then give them Rental Income. We also have other features that will ensure longevity of the project such as:

– Automated launch date. Other BB forks require “seedMarket” method to be called manually. It is often called 30 seconds prior to the planned launch date. This approach opens up the contract to bot snipers who will always benefit to get in way earlier than web users. Property Mogul’s launch date is all automated.

– Launch Code requirement for users’ first investment. This will help levelling the playing field to ensure everyone starts at the same time.

– Fair Property (miners) allocation for the first 25 deposits. BB code by default assigns tens of thousands of miners (up to 95,000) to its early depositors which make the playing field uneven. The later you get in, you will get way less miners. Those early ones always get the benefit of, not just ROI-ing, rather profiting on Day 1 comparing to other later users who have to wait for days even weeks. Property Mogul ensures the distribution of the miners are limited to its early investors to ensure project longevity and fair play for all.

– Withdraw penalty of 5% of Property/miner holding. Each withdrawal will attract 5% penalty to investor’s Property holding. For example, if a user owns 10,000 properties, when he/she withdraws, 500 properties will be removed from the holding. This is done to, again, ensure project longevity.
