RECC

RECC is a Solana-based DeFi platform for real-estate crowdfunding. We connect crypto investors with vetted, short-cycle property operations (e.g., buy–refurbish–sell). Users contribute stablecoins into on-chain funding pools; capital is escrowed by smart contracts and released to verified operators only when targets are met. In return, contributors receive LP tokens that represent their share of the pool and can be held, traded where supported, or redeemed for principal + yield when the off-chain operation closes.

Built for speed and low fees on Solana, RECC offers a wallet-first UX, transparent on-chain accounting, and clear deal timelines instead of indefinite lockups. Our native token, $RECC, powers the ecosystem—enabling access tiers, liquidity and reward incentives, and future governance utilities. RECC integrates with leading dApps (e.g., Rain.fi) to expand liquidity and utility across the ecosystem.
