As a Venture DAO, Snowball’s mission is to “Expand DeFi on Avalanche”. To us, this means identifying gaps in the market and fulfilling the ecosystem’s needs with new expertly crafted products. To this end, we originally launched Snowball as the first auto-compounder on Avalanche. We continued to pursue our mission when we launched the first stablecoin DEX – StableVault – which we later relaunched as its own DAO; Axial. Snowball is the oldest and longest running DAO on Avalanche. Our community boasts some of the most well known and influential personalities within the Avalanche ecosystem. Snowball is often referenced as the origin of many Avalanche project founders’ first familiarity with DeFi. We’ve helped many developers and entrepreneurs jump to where they are now, such as leading platforms Avaware, Teddy, Pangolin and Trader Joe
