The Royal Raffle

The Royal Raffle is a simple and fun concept in order to try and drive enagament and staking on the Astar metwork

 “Stake Astar and be entered into the monthly raffle to win a share of dapp rewards’.

• However much Astar you have staked will determine your probability of being picked as the winner. 
• The entries will be taken on the last day of each month at midnight EST
• The winner will be announced immediately after
• The ASTAR will then be paid out to the wallet.

Users will be able to go to the website and connect their wallet in order to see thier stake and probability they have for the monthly draw this will be updated dynamically depending on how much is staked by them. With the final tickets being based on the amount at midnight EST on the last day of the month

The more ASTR that is staked the higher the monthly payout and the more ASTR you personally have staked the higher the odds of winning the payout. This creates a positive feedback loop where users want to stake more ASTAR to increase their chances and by doing so this increases the total prize. We believe this could encourage buy pressure on the ASTR token and not just be people moving from other dapps to stake on ours.
