Within this ecosystem, the XPASS token functions as a utility token used for ticket allocation, rewards, and participation in on-chain campaigns.

In the core service, Ticket$tack, users deposit XPASS or USDT to generate ticket credits that are used for seat allocation. Based on these results, partnered organizers (such as performance or event producers) issue and manage Seat NFTs, which represent the rights to specific seats. After attendance, these can be converted into PASS SBTs, which record verified attendance history.

NFT PASS can be transferred and traded on-chain until the day of the event. Any premium generated through secondary trading is automatically distributed—via smart contracts—to legitimate stakeholders such as fans, creators, and organizers rather than scalpers. This structure aims to increase the share of value returned to real participants in the cultural ecosystem while making the ticket purchasing and attendance experience more fair and transparent for fans.

XPASS tokens, Seat NFTs, and PASS SBTs can be used for participating in seat allocation, earning and spending rewards, and accessing certain exclusive benefits or promotions. However, simply holding these assets does not guarantee seat allocation or financial returns.”
